Handmade Maple Banjo
This banjo has been 'instrumental' (excuse the pun) in the development of our very own banjo pick-up systems.
We've incorporated two different types of pick-ups to create the most natural sounding banjo system we've ever heard. It utilises our active, custom-wound magnetic pick-up under the skin and a condenser microphone mounted to float just above the skin.
The magnetic pick-up provides the punch, and the condenser gives the pick-up signal
'air'. It has to be heard to be believed.
